Start with the course introduction and self-check. Lesson and learning times vary.

From watching the action to learning it yourself.

The chair gives you a starting position. You learn where to put your hands, how the instructor carries out the actions and how the seated movements fit together.

That is the method to explore. The program gives you the wider instruction, written details and order to follow after the first demonstration.

You do not have to choose from a list of claims alone. Inspect a real lesson, then look at what surrounds it in the course.

Inside the actual course

Watch what you would learn to do yourself.

Conrad works around the points introduced in the course, then demonstrates movements involving the hip and foot. Look at his hand placement, the position of the chair and the pace of the instruction.

Day 2 lesson preview · English instruction · 3 minutes 56 seconds. This is a demonstration of the practice, not a before-and-after result.

Watch first. If you choose to follow along, begin with the course introduction and read the lesson guidance. Ask your clinician if you are unsure whether a movement is appropriate for you.

Know where to begin. Know what comes next.

One interesting clip can leave you wondering what to do tomorrow. Here is how the Routine takes you from a first look to a practice you can keep learning.

  1. Start

    Your own starting point

Day 1 introduces the self-check: three points on each side, six observations to record. Keep your notes on paper if you prefer.

  2. First practice

    See where your hands go

Day 2 brings the hand placements and hip and foot movements together. Pause, read the written steps and take time to understand the setup.

  3. Build familiarity

    Give each lesson a place

Learn the later movements in order. Day 7 brings an introductory routine together; return to the demonstrations when a detail is unclear.

  4. Compare and continue

    Return to your own notes

Day 19 revisits the starting self-check. Day 21 provides a written Flare-Day Plan to consult alongside the course guidance.

The 21 days describe the material's order. They do not lock the next lesson until tomorrow or set a deadline for a health result.

Look inside before you decide.

These are selected points in the actual course. Open each one to see its role and the available format.

Ongoing access to your Routine

Revisit its videos and guides after the 21-day sequence. No subscription is required.

You can still use advice or treatment that helps you. This purchase gives you the Active Sitting teaching and a defined way to work through its lower-back-focused practice at home.

Choose it for the practice you want to learn.

This format is worth considering if you want self-guided instruction, can make time to learn and want to inspect the actions before trying them. You will be doing the work yourself; the course does not assess your condition or supply hands-on help.

Watch the reaching and positioning in the preview. If you have a diagnosed condition, recent surgery or injury, or are unsure about a movement, ask your clinician before following it. New numbness, weakness or bladder or bowel changes call for medical attention.

What this preview establishes: the actions being taught, the teaching format and the pace. Your own result is not established by watching an instructor demonstrate.

One course. One starting point.

The questions that matter before you begin.

Can I begin the seated practice in my first session?

Begin with Day 1: the introduction, guidance and starting self-check. Day 2 is the first hands-on practice shown in the preview. You can open it when you are ready; the day numbers do not impose a calendar lock.

Does every lesson take ten minutes?

No. The written Day 2 practice suggests about ten minutes. Its video is about four minutes; the Day 1 video is about eleven and a half minutes. Learning, pausing and recording your notes takes additional time. Other lessons vary in length.

What equipment do I need?

The preview uses a chair and the instructor's own hands. Check each lesson's setup and any optional equipment before following it. The course includes movements beyond the first seated sequence.

Is this suitable for my condition?

This is a self-guided educational course, not an individual assessment. If you have a diagnosed condition, recent surgery or injury, or are unsure about a movement, ask your clinician before trying it. New numbness, weakness or bladder or bowel changes need medical attention rather than a course purchase.

Is every day a different follow-along video?

There are 18 unique English-language videos across 20 day pages. Days 7/17 and 16/20 reuse footage. Day 13 has a theory video and written tapping instructions. Day 21 is the written Flare-Day Plan.

Will I be pain-free in 21 days?

The 21 days describe the learning sequence, not a recovery deadline. The lesson preview shows the actions being taught. It does not establish the result you will experience.

Do I need the printable tracker or Complete System?

No. You can keep your six observations on paper. The optional printable tracker provides a prepared layout and Setup Card. The Complete System is a separate purchase; neither upgrade is required to follow the 21-Day Routine.

What happens after checkout?

Shopify handles payment. Follow the course access instructions after purchase. The access page checks which materials you own and links to them. If access is not ready, use the access and support options rather than paying again.

Is there a subscription?

The Routine is a one-time purchase. Adding the tracker is optional. A later Complete System purchase uses a separate checkout; it is not automatically charged.

Make the next step a deliberate one.

You have seen what the practice looks like and what the course contains. If this is the approach you want to learn, choose your Routine and begin with the starting lesson.
