Purchases, access and support

Stripe processes checkout information, including your name, email address and payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number. We use purchase records and access credentials to deliver your materials and restore access. If you contact support, we use the information you provide to answer your request. Keep your private access link confidential because it grants access to your purchase.

Optional analytics and advertising

Our "Privacy choices" control separates analytics from advertising measurement. Optional providers are loaded only when the relevant choice is enabled and the page is eligible. These services can use cookies or pseudonymous identifiers, meaning identifiers associated with a browser or visit rather than a name. This information is not necessarily anonymous.

• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 measures public funnel visits and interactions. With analytics enabled, a verified purchase confirmation can also send its transaction identifier, amount and currency to Google Analytics. Microsoft Clarity provides interaction insights and session replay on eligible public funnel pages. Page text is masked by our site configuration. See Google's data information and Microsoft's consent information.
• Advertising: Meta Pixel and our server-side Meta integration measure generic public funnel events, such as a page visit or checkout initiation. Server-side events include the public page address without query parameters, an event identifier, IP address and browser user-agent information. Checkout initiation may include an amount and currency. With advertising measurement enabled, a verified purchase claim can also send Meta a server-side Purchase event containing its event identifier, payment timestamp, amount, currency, IP address and browser user-agent information. The event uses our public homepage address and does not include your private access link, email address, tracker entries or quiz answers.

Clarity session replay and the Meta browser pixel are not enabled on quiz, member lesson, tracker or private access pages. Our analytics and advertising event payloads do not include quiz answers, tracker scores, tracker notes or private purchase access links.

Your choices

Use "Privacy choices" to accept, reject or change the optional categories. You can withdraw a choice later using the same control. Withdrawal stops that category from being loaded on subsequent pages and removes the optional site cookies targeted by our privacy control; it does not erase information already received by a provider. Your browser's Global Privacy Control signal disables advertising measurement. Analytics remains a separate choice.

First-party site measurement

Separately from optional providers, our own public-funnel measurement records a browser-session identifier, page path, experiment assignment, campaign identifiers and events such as scrolling or opening checkout. This helps us compare funnel versions and identify drop-off. It currently runs independently of the optional analytics and advertising choices, including when you choose "Reject optional". It does not send those events to Google, Microsoft or Meta through the optional integrations when their categories are disabled.

Storage on your device

Cookies and browser storage keep purchase access, privacy preferences and funnel session information working. The member tracker saves your entries locally in this browser on this device. Its save function does not upload your scores or notes to our server. Clearing browser storage can remove these entries, and they do not automatically appear on another device.

Requests about your information

Email support@tryactivesitting.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you, or to ask about how it is used. Information stored only in your browser, such as tracker entries, can be removed through your browser's site-data controls.

EU residents have the right to access, rectify, erase and port their data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
